This page, I will post information about locations I have been to. Most places I drive to as rail fares are quite expensive. So parking is an important factor when considering going to a location, especially if it is in the middle of a busy city centre. So these are the questions that you may ask yourself before going somewhere. Open stations are getting less and less these days, so I usually buy a ticket to the nearest station which allows me to get through the barrier, although sometimes the nice staff might let you in, but be aware, think about your exit as the same staff might not be working when you try to leave.
Is it an open station or will I have to buy a ticket to get onto the platform?
Are the staff friendly?
What will I see when I am there?
When did I visit the location? As many of the location reports out there are sometimes over 20 years old, traction has changed a great deal in that time.
As I add locations, I have split the locations into North, South (Excluding London), London, Midlands, Wales, Scotland and Depots. I will add a section for closed locations too, just so you do not turn up there expecting to see trains, but its a Tesco instead.
